2 challenge poses are 1)side crow & 2)half bound lotus standing forward bend (a long name 😆) Warm up and stretching & strengthen your legs first. On that day I filmed this video, the sky was clear & blue. It was a beautiful day. I should find the place to make yoga videos besides my balcony.😉 Thanks for letting me practice! Yoga & English! 😀
