Stand straight first. Separate your feet comfortably wide apart. Turn your right foot out 90 degrees and left foot in by 15 degrees. Inhale deeply and as you exhale, bend your body to the right. Keep the waist straight. Bring your left hand up into the sky. Your right hand comes down. Try to keep both arms in a straight line. Your right hand goes on your shin or ankle. Open your chest and pelvis. Take 5 deep breaths. As you inhale, return to center. Repeat on the other side.
