It's getting cooler in the morning & in the evening here. Autumn is coming.
This is another yoga flow for 12 minutes. How about a little stretching & back bend before dinner? 😉 I do the back bend almost everyday.Otherwise I would become unable to do the bridge.
As a personal thing, teaching an aerial yoga has started.💪 But still in the COVID-19 situation, we need to keep a distance in the classroom.😅 So the class is very small. That is good for me because I should keep my eyes on the students who use the hammock.
