We do Sun Salutation #1 A ( I made it before here) at 5 times & Sun Salutation #1 B at 3 times first in Ashtanga Yoga sequence. When doing a Plank pose & a Chatranga pose, you can put your knees on the mat. Plank → Chatranga → Upper dog, There are 3 times in this B. It's a little bit hard, so I sometimes put my knees on the mat. It's good for not only the warm-up, but also helping lengthen and strengthen all of your body, and burning calories. Sun Salutation #1 A & B include the basic yoga postures. (voice-over in English)
