Start with lying position this time. Wake up your body gradually and strengthen your legs. When your feet put on the mat or ground, you can feel the gravity while doing yoga. 😉
In November, about my personal thing, my daughter moved back from Tokyo. She was in Tokyo to go to her University. But under the circumstance, they do classes online. She will graduate from the University next March. She can take classes here in Nagoya until then. She came back home 4 months earlier. With a lot of cardboards.Now 2 refrigerators and 2 microwaves and.... haha😅
And the RYT200 Yoga teacher training gave me an assignment 'To do ashtanga yoga ( I posted it before) 30 days in a row'. I've done it. I've also been reading 'Integral Yoga' that is called 'The Yoga Sutras' in the training class.
The more I learn yoga, the more I feel that yoga is not a business. Just giving, giving, giving... 🙄
