For beginners and intermediates.There are some challenge poses.I think you can try them. 😉 Prepare for a blanket or towel. When you put your knees on the mat, place the blanket under your knees. Then it will not hurt your knees.When you do standing poses, press your feet into the mat firmly. (voice-over in English)
