Start with Downward facing dog pose. Bring your right leg up as high as you can. Bend the right knee. Open your chest and look up past your underarm. Return back to Downward facing dog pose. Repeat the other side with your left leg. Bring both of your legs between your hands. Look up and straighten your back. Fold forwards. You can bend your knees. Slowly stand up. *Good for opening the hips, alignment of the hips, and strengthening the core.
