When you stretch the front leg, place the sole of the front leg on the mat or keep the heel of the front leg on the mat. I give you cues in Japanese & added English subtitles on the screen. Low lunge with knee on the mat gives stretch and strength to the groins.

Good for stretching the back of the legs, improving flexibility, strengthening the groins.
