I made the lizard pose before. This is including 'lizard variation'. Hip openers will help your flexibility. Twisting is good for abdominal organs. And the last wide-legged downward facing dog pose is easier than the common downward facing dog pose.Good for stretching your arms and legs.Good for beginners.
