Sit on the floor with your legs straight in front of you and bend your right knee.

Place your hands just behind your hips and then, place your elbows under your shoulders. Put a blanket under your right knee. Slowly lie back onto the mat. If your knee pains, do not do this pose. If you can't breathe deeply when you lie on your back, just rest on your elbows in the halfway position. Place your hands comfortable position. I like to place my arms over my head. Hold for 45 seconds. Put your elbows on the mat first and return. Repeat on the other side.
