Generally yogini do Sun Salutation that I made before in the morning. When you don't feel like doing Sun Salutation, try this sequence.When you do the half warrior 2 pose, if your knee hurts, place a blanket under your knee. When you do the plank pose, you can use the blanket under your knees, too.
