Standing, Knees on the mat & Sitting, with all of those positions, let's twist. In the morning, twisting is good for your abdominal organs. I made the same mistake, right & left thing at one part, sorry! š That is my assignment here. šŖ I added some arrows on the screen.Hope you can understand it.
