Sit on the floor with your legs straight in front of you. Bend your right knee and draw the heel back toward your perineum. Rest your left leg.Put a rolling blanket on your left thigh. As you exhale, fold forward. Hold for 45 seconds. Repeat on the other side. Good for the bladder meridian, the kidney meridian.
