Good for Strengthening and stretching the legs, knees, and ankles. Stimulating abdominal organs.

The revolved side angle pose is a challenge pose. So you don't have to lift your knee. You can do the revolved side angle with your knee on the mat. Twisting is good for stimulating abdominal organs. 👍
