From the sitting position, spread your legs apart.Sitting on a cushion will help you tilt your hips.You can bend your knees. Put a rolling blanket in front of you. Fold forward.Rest your weight into the blanket. Hold for 45 seconds. Slowly return.
Good for the liver meridian, stretching the back of the thigh.
