As you inhale, shift your weight onto your right foot and raise your right arm up and grab your left foot with your left hand. As you exhale, bring your left leg up, away from the mat, away from your torso. Lengthen your right arm forward. Look at your right fingers. Stretch your right arm forward. Dancer Pose. And return. Repeat on the other side.
Good for improving balance, stretching the shoulders and chest, strengthening the legs.
