Start with chair pose. Put your palms together in front of your heart center. Twist your upper body to the left. Push your knees with your elbows to the right.
Then extend your right leg to the back. Put your right toes on the mat. Keep pressing your left foot into the mat & pressing your knees. Repeat on the other side.
*Good for strengthening lower body and stimulating abdominal organs.
