Cat & Cow : Start on all fours. Place both of your wrists directly under your shoulders. Place your knees under your hips. As you exhale, arch your back and look at your navel as if you put a ball under your stomach. As you inhale, open your chest and raise your head. Lift your bottom up towards the sky.
Twisting : Place your left hand a little forward. Slide your right arm to the left. Put your right shoulder on the mat. Bring your left arm to the back or to the right hip crease if you can. Open your chest and look to the sky. Repeat on the other side.
Stretching : Tuck the toes. Extend your arms. Lower your bottom to the heels.
Stretch your arms and torso.
*Good for warming up the spine, increasing flexibility for forward folds and backbends, activating the bowels and relaxing.
