From the sitting position, as you exhale, bend your knees and touch the soles of the feet together. Clasp the hands around the ankles, shins, or toes. Put a rolling blanket under your stomach. As you exhale, bend forward. Stay in this pose for 45 seconds.
Good for stimulating abdominal organs, stretching the inner thighs, groins and knees.
