↓Prep for bow pose = Place your hands forward on the mat.Place your insteps on the mat. Take hold of right foot or ankle with right hand from the outside & from the inside. Repeat on the left side.

↓Bow pose = As you inhale, gently squeeze your shoulder blades back toward each other. Then, lifting your chest & your head. Exhale, And as you inhale, lift your legs off the mat. Grab your feet or ankles from the outside or the inside. (I'm practicing this pose, still halfway. 😉)
