Firmly ground your feet to the mat. Move your weight to the left foot. Lift the right leg off the mat. Bend your right knee & hold it. Keep balancing. Enjoy balancing. Bring your right leg to the side. Put your left hand on your left hip.Hold your right knee.Open your hip joints. Repeat on the other side.
*Good for balancing, opening hip joints, flexibility, concentrating.
