The balance of Yin-Yang is important.

It is believed that to be healthy, people needs to balance Yin and Yang within one's own body.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga. Poses (asanas) may be held from 45 seconds to 3 minutes. Advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for 5 minutes. I've learned Yin Yoga last month. I'll post some Yin Yoga poses here, too.
