Yin and Yang Yoga #YinYang

Yin and Yang is a complex relational concept in Chinese culture that has developed over thousands of years.

The universe is composed of dark & light, sun & moon, male & female.

The balance of Yin-Yang is important. 

The picture is the symbol of Yin & Yang. Have you seen it before?

It is believed that to be healthy, people needs to balance Yin and Yang within one's own body.

The previous moves I posted here are from Yang side.

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga. Poses (asanas) may be held from 45 seconds to 3 minutes. Advanced practitioners may stay in one asana for 5 minutes. I've learned Yin Yoga last month. I'll post some Yin Yoga poses here, too.
