Reach your arms up!

We usually have our heads down when working, looking at cell phones, doing a housework, etc. It's one of the reasons the shoulders become tense. We don't raise our arms up or extend our arms in daily life, either.
Inhale, reach your arms up & look up↑. Exhale, arms down. ↓
