Hi! It's Tomoko.Thanks for checking out my website! I got my yoga teacher certification in 2016. I'm teaching yoga to neighbors.
Now I'm learning RYT200 which is the next level of yoga teacher certification. Philosophy, Anatomy, Yin & Yang Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, etc.
I'm going to share them with you here! My English isn't perfect. But I will try to explain in English! Thanks!

Press the thumbs and index fingers down. Soften the neck. Draw the heels toward the mat.You can bend your knees. Push the mat with your palms & soles. Try to straighten your back. Five deep breaths.
*Good for blood circulation, stretching all of your body and relaxation.
