Ashtanga yoga is a style of yoga as exercise created by K.Pattabhi Jois during the 20th century. It's a modern style of classical Indian yoga. The style is energetic, synchronizing breath with movements. Sun Salutation A ×5 times & Sun Salutation B ×3 times & Standing Sequence & Seated Sequence & Finishing Sequence.
